Founded in 2018 by Mark Sutherland and Keith Dooley, VisArch provides comprehensive commercial architectural solutions throughout the Southeast and serves as a sister-company to VisionBuilders Design, a leading Foodservice Design Firm.
This partnership allows both VisArch and VisionBuilders Design to provide end-to-end services to its rapidly expanding client base across multiple sectors including Government, Higher Education, Corporate, Healthcare, Restaurant, and Arts & Culture.

Mark acquired VisionBuilders Design in 2003 after working with the largest contract foodservice in the world and has positioned the company as one of the leading Foodservice Design firms in the country. Armed with a Master's Degree in Architecture and a passion for experiential foodservice concepts, Mark lends his expertise to architectural projects across all sectors for VisArch.

With a career spanning 28 years as an architect, Keith has lead and managed many complex design projects across the Southeast and the U.S.
His expertise includes leading projects across Corporate, Government, Higher Education, and Restaurant/Retail sectors through all stages including building program, cost estimation, design, permitting, construction administration, and project closeout.
Keith is a champion both for clients and end users, committed to getting it right the first time, ensuring the structures that are constructed are as functional and efficient on the inside as they are beautiful on the outside.

Samuel McGee, Assoc. AIA
Architect in Training
Gifted with a natural ability for architectural design and a passion for people, Samuel plays an integral role as an Architect in Training at VisArch. From leading clients through the master planning process to finalizing details at project closeout, Sam's depth of knowledge and attention to detail are what make him a stand-out in the architectural field.
Samuel works on projects large and small across the Southeast in sectors that include Arts & Culture, Corporate, Higher Education, Restaurant and Residential.
